About the Role
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Graduate who is energetic, people-focused, and confident. In this role, you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to identify, attract, and engage top talent across sales, operations, and corporate functions.
This is a hands‐on, full‐time role perfect for someone who thrives on interacting with people, building relationships, and making data‐informed recruitment decisions. You'll develop skills in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, negotiation, and employer branding while gaining exposure to the realities of recruitment in a high‐growth fintech company.
What You'll Do
* Source potential candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, SEEK Talent Search, and internal databases
* Conduct initial phone screenings for entry‐level and junior roles (training provided)
* Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and professional process
* Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment systems (ATS)
* Assist with job postings and recruitment campaigns across different hiring platforms
* Provide timely communication and updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process
* Support onboarding coordination for new hires, including document collection and induction preparation
* Assist with Talent Acquisition initiatives such as employer branding, campus outreach, and recruitment reporting
What We're Looking For
* Recent graduate or final‐year student in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with candidates and stakeholders
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
* A proactive attitude with strong ownership and willingness to learn
* Comfortable speaking with candidates over phone and video interviews
* Strong problem‐solving mindset and ability to work in a fast‐paced environment
* Interest in building a long‐term career in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, or HR
