Your Day-to-Day
* Ensure staff are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively.
* Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination.
* Assist with deep cleaning projects and during high-volume periods.
* Support recruitment efforts to maintain adequate staffing levels.
* Ensure team members are trained and compliant with brand standards, service behaviors, and regulations.
* Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and repair, addressing deficiencies as needed.
* Provide retraining when necessary.
* Perform housekeeping duties such as making beds, vacuuming, and cleaning to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Respond to guest complaints and requests, taking corrective action to ensure satisfaction.
* Follow health and safety policies, promoting hazard identification and risk management.
* Support green initiatives like recycling and eco-friendly cleaning.
What We Need From You
* Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel environment.
* Supervisory or training experience preferred.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with team members and guests.
* Attention to detail.
* Opera experience is preferred.
