Job Role
As a key player in our organisation, you will be responsible for managing regulatory notifications and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Regulatory Notifications:
* Prepare, submit, and manage notifications to regulatory bodies in accordance with timeframes.
* Maintain a register of all submitted notifications.
* Liaise with managers to gather information prior to submission.
* Monitor regulatory portals for correspondence and escalate as needed.
2. Compliance Reporting Support:
* Assist in preparing reports on incident trends and risk areas.
* Maintain and update compliance databases and incident registers.
* Ensure correct storage and archiving of compliance documentation.
3. Administration and Coordination:
* Draft routine correspondence and prepare documents related to regulatory matters.
* Support the maintenance of our Quality Management System by uploading policies and procedures.
4. Stakeholder Liaison:
* Provide support for timely responses to internal stakeholders regarding compliance processes.
* Support communication with external regulatory bodies.
