Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements related to loyalty program systems.
* Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
* Conduct workshops, process mapping, and gap analysis to support solution design.
* Partner with technical teams and vendors to deliver enhancements and integrations.
* Support testing, change management, and implementation activities to ensure project success.
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within loyalty, CRM, or customer engagement systems.
* Hands-on experience with loyalty program management platforms is highly desirable.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to work across cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
* Analytical mindset with a keen focus on process improvement and user experience.
