Who You Are
You're a proven performer with the drive to lead from the front. You know how to lift a team, sharpen a process, and build a culture that wins. You're as comfortable in strategy meetings as you are closing deals on the floor.
You bring:
* A strong track record in automotive sales leadership (General or Senior Sales Management preferred).
* Proven ability to deliver sales growth and profitability in a dealership environment.
* Outstanding communication and people skills — you motivate, mentor, and lead with purpose.
* A sharp commercial mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
* Energy, integrity, and the confidence to make big calls that move the business forward.
* New car experience polish with skilled approach to used cars.
* Critical management of used car manager and presentation reconditioning digital sales process protocol. Ensuring compliance to company policy and methods of the sales process.
* Customer development and delivery experience culture.
* Ability to breed people into winners.

Your Role
As General Sales Manager, you'll:
* Oversee sales operations across Tweed Heads GWM and Nissan
* Set clear goals, coach your managers, and drive results across new, used, and finance.
* Craft and execute sales strategies that strengthen market share and profitability.
* Champion the customer experience from first enquiry to final handover.
* Develop and inspire your team — building capability, accountability, and pride.
* Report directly to senior leadership and play a key role in group-wide strategy.
