We are seeking interest in the position of Key Worker (Social) at Community Living Program.
Community Living Program works alongside people with intellectual and cognitive disabilities to build their capacity to work towards their hopes, dreams and goals.
We work alongside individuals and significant people in their lives inclusive of families, friends and other formal supports. We provide holistic individual casework; facilitate social and capacity building groups; and engage in projects and community work.
We value relationship-based, trauma-informed, capacity building developmental and disability informed practice.

Key Worker
* Full-time (38 hours per week) 12-month locum contract position ending on 26 February 2027, with the possibility of extension.
* Remuneration is at SCHCADS Award Level 3 plus fringe benefits
* This role would suit graduates in social work, human services, psychology, or similar professions.
