Salary: 8 month fixed term contract | Free onsite carpark | Amazing team member discount!
This is a hands‐on, fast‐paced role where you'll be right in the middle of conference delivery, coordinating moving parts, bringing the brand to life and making sure every detail lands exactly as it should.
You'll work closely with a tight‐knit team and collaborate across the wider business, external suppliers, creative partners and our PCO.
This is an eight‐month fixed‐term contract with the possibility of extension. The role begins part‐time and scales up to full‐time as we move into the final lead‐up to our October conference. It's also hybrid, so you are able to split your time between our Rochedale office and home.
Every week looks different and we think that's what makes it a great role.
What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting end‐to‐end delivery of a four‐day national conference from planning through to the Conference itself
* Coordinating event logistics including suppliers, run sheets, delegate communications and on‐site support
* Designing and implementing event branding and theming across physical and digital touchpoints
* Coordinating video shoots, photography and creative asset scheduling with videographers and creative partners
* Supporting delegate registration, travel and accommodation alongside our PCO partners
* Maintaining conference app content and digital collateral
* Managing RMHC creative and communications, including fundraising activations
* Supporting sponsor deliverables and ensuring seamless branding integration
* Keeping conference documentation tight and acting as a central coordination point across workstreams
About You
You don't need years of experience to thrive here. You need drive, creativity and a genuine love of getting things done.
Whether you're fresh out of uni and ready to make your mark, or you've already worked in events, marketing, design or communications, what matters most is that you:
* Thrive in a fast‐paced environment and can manage competing priorities without losing the detail
* Have a genuine eye for design and understand what it takes to keep a brand consistent across every touchpoint
* Can take a vision, map it out and see it through to reality
* Communicate confidently with internal stakeholders, sponsors and suppliers
* Stay calm under pressure and find solutions quickly
* Get genuinely excited about being part of something big
Experience with project planning tools like Asana and design tools across the Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, will help you hit the ground running.
Why Join Us?
