Exciting opportunity to join a growing, solutions-driven construction business and support operations in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
The Administrator will be responsible for supporting the operations team with the coordination of all administration duties to ensure smooth office and project operations. You will play a key role in promoting positive team culture, including arranging celebrations and events throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities
* Reception duties, including answering phone calls and maintaining office supplies
* Process purchase requisitions, expense claims, credit card reconciliations, and invoices in JDE
* Schedule and manage training register and bookings
* Manage documentation and data systems
* Support new employees with inductions, uniforms, PPE, and site access
* Monitor and maintain insurance and compliance records via client portals
* Manage accommodation, car, and flight bookings through partner travel portal
* Assist procurement team with asset, calibration, and vehicle registers
* Support project teams with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
* Assist business unit managers with tendering activities and submission compilation
Qualifications and Skills
* Prior experience in a similar administrative role highly desirable
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and processing expenses with understanding of GST
* Ability to prioritise tasks and meet conflicting deadlines
* Comfortable working in a project-driven environment
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills, becoming a trusted team contact
* Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
