We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a key business partner. This role will be responsible for providing expert HR guidance and technical advice to employees throughout the employment lifecycle.
As a member of our HR operations team, you will work closely with leaders and managers to establish and nurture open, collaborative relationships with management, employees, and stakeholders.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping a positive and forward-thinking employee experience that drives retention, development, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to employees throughout the employment lifecycle.
* Work with leaders and managing the day-to-day HR operations.
* Establish and nurture open, collaborative relationships with management, employees, and stakeholders.
* Support the identification and delivery of actions in response to employee engagement surveys.
* Collaboration and delivery of key projects for the benefit of our people.
* Partnering with talent acquisition for recruitment needs.
* Coaching and mentoring people leaders and stakeholder support.
* Employee relations, performance management, and learning and development.
