Guest Service Representative
We are seeking a passionate, experienced Guest Service Representative to join our team at Leura gardens.
A day in the life of this role involves:
1. Providing Exceptional Service: Greet guests with a warm welcome every time, anticipate their needs, and respond promptly, efficiently, and courteously.
2. Streamlining Check-in/Check-out Process: Ensure a smooth experience for guests by maintaining a high level of professionalism and following procedures related to guest confidentiality, issuing room keys, and handling credit cards.
3. Managing Accounts and Maximizing Occupancy: Accurately post charges, efficiently manage guest and hotel accounts, and utilize up-selling skills to promote resort facilities through strong product knowledge.
4. Ensuring Guest Satisfaction: Communicate effectively with other departments, assist guests with room changes and dining bookings, and address any issues in a positive manner.
