Busselton Health Campus are seeking a suitably experienced Assistant Manager to join their Sterile Service Department.
This Full Time vacancy is available as a Permanent appointment or Fixed Term with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
Position Profile
The role is responsible for the safe and efficient functioning of the Sterile Service Department at Busselton Hospital by providing leadership in management of human and material resources, quality standards, infection control and education in all areas of the Sterilising Service. Ensures effective control of equipment, optimum standard of service, communications and allocation of resources.

To be eligible for appointment, applicants must have a valid working visa (for fixed term appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia (for permanent appointments).

WA Health policies require applicants to undertake a criminal records screening and integrity checking as part of the appointment process. Applicants may also be required to undertake a working with children check (if required for the role) and a pre‐employment health assessment. A satisfactory Pre‐Employment Health Assessment (PEHA) is required to ensure the applicant is able to perform the inherent requirements of the position; an unsatisfactory PEHA will result in the offer of employment being withdrawn.
