Responsibilities
Operating the crane truck and hand unloading of plasterboard and related items.
Picking & packing orders on a daily basis.
Dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phone.
Assist with stock-take/inventory counts to maintain accurate records.
Regularly check & create orders and receipt of goods while maintaining due diligence.
Loading/unloading customer vehicles and maintaining operational equipment.
Record and report any customer complaints to the Trade Stores Manager via Knauf's complaint procedures.
General warehouse duties & housekeeping.
Qualifications
Full and unrestricted Australian working rights (no visa sponsorship).
Valid police check and pre-employment medical clearance.
Heavy rigid licence (essential) and forklift licence (desirable).
Crane licence is an advantage (Knauf will upskill the right applicant).
Prior experience operating cranes and within a warehousing environment is highly desirable.
