Our Marketing Automation team is responsible for creating the capability to enable best practice personalisation of experiences for consumers and customers enterprise-wide, through the development of people, processes and martech.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in all aspects of marketing automation, campaign creation and production, with a focus on building out sophisticated dynamic content and personalisation logic in email campaigns, programs or cross-channel journeys.
A key aspect of this role will be working closely with stakeholders to define and refine business requirements for complex campaign and personalisation use cases, as well as building and developing sophisticated and personalised marketing campaigns and programs across In-app message and Web channels, Email and Push within Braze (our omni-channel platform).
