Our organisation is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to contribute to the provision of comprehensive pharmacy services to patients and clients. The successful candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Current registration or eligibility for registration as a Pharmacist with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* Demonstrated experience and skills in clinical pharmacy, preferably in the hospital setting
* Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team
* Understanding of, and commitment to, improving quality and delivering evidence-based practice
