The Role
This role is a blend of dispatch, inventory control, and customer sales support. You'll be a key link between our warehouse, logistics, and sales teams – making sure stock is where it needs to be, orders go out smoothly, and our customers are well looked after.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinating dispatch, deliveries, and inventory movements.
* Picking, packing, and preparing orders with accuracy and efficiency.
* Maintaining accurate stock records, cycle counts, and helping resolve discrepancies.
* Assisting with sales support, including order processing and product enquiries.
* Providing friendly and professional customer service – in person and over the phone.

* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* A proactive, "can-do" attitude and willingness to step up when needed.
* Great communication and teamwork skills.
* Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift.
* Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain) is an advantage.
