Accounting Professional
We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. As an accounting professional with our firm, you will have the opportunity to work with a broad range of clients across various industries, assisting them with complex financial reporting, tax compliance, and business advisory services.
You will be responsible for preparing financial statements in accordance with regulatory, accounting, and financial reporting standards across a variety of industries. This includes handling income tax returns for various entities, executing tax planning tasks, and providing advisory services to clients regarding business operations, tax efficiency, and regulatory matters.
As a key point of contact for clients, you will liaise with managers and partners to resolve queries and deliver exceptional client experience. You will also offer business structuring, improvement, and growth advisory services to help clients achieve their business goals.
Our ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, CA/CPA qualification (or working towards it), 2+ years of experience in a public practice accounting role, strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a proactive approach to work.
