Key Responsibilities
* Maintain adherence to security policies and regulatory frameworks while overseeing documentation, databases, and financial records management.
* Develop and implement site-specific security protocols, including policies, plans, and standard operating procedures.
* Design, implement, and monitor security systems in accordance with contract requirements and organisational policies.
* Conduct regular security audits and oversee reporting on security-related compliance assessments.
* Manage and supervise security subcontractors and personnel's security activities.
* Respond to security incidents and investigations in collaboration with the Thales Security Team, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
* Lead and manage a small EOS security team, either directly or cross-functionally.
* Participate in on-call duties for unforeseen events as required.
