About the Role
We're looking for dedicated Diploma Educators who can foster a warm, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Your creativity, leadership, and commitment to early childhood development will be key in supporting children to grow emotionally, socially, and intellectually.
What We're Looking For
* Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
* Minimum 1 year of experience working as an Educator
* Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Current First Aid, CPR, Child Protection, and Asthma/Anaphylaxis certifications
* Full Australian working rights
* Solid understanding of EYLF, NQS, and QIP frameworks
* A passion for inclusive, community-centered early learning
* Willingness to relocate to Newman, WA
