About The Role
As part of our growth journey, we are looking for a talented Accounts Receivables Specalist (6-month FTC) to join our Revenue Operations Team. This role is responsible for working with our Cars, Jobs and Advertising customers to provide on‐time payments for services rendered. You will empower and educate our customers by understanding their business needs and delivering a sustainable return on investment, ultimately creating Gumtree advocates.
What You'll Do
* Collection of monthly invoices on assigned accounts through outbound calling
* Investigate and resolve customer payment allocation issues, and prepare detailed statements
* Managing customer payment plans
* Documenting customer contact
* Meet team collections and customer service KPI's include call pick up and case resolution SLA's
* Maintain open and professional communication and keep detailed records of all customer interactions
What you'll bring
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
* Great customer relationship skills, with the ability to manage conversations and engage with customers
* Excellent relationship‐building skills to be able to work closely with our key internal stakeholders, including Sales and Customer Service
* Familiarity with the collections process
* Experience with Salesforce is highly desirable but not required
* Proficiency in account reconciliations
* The ability to multitask whilst maintaining attention to detail
* The ability to represent the brand with utmost professionalism when interacting with customers
