The role
Primary Job Function
Coordinating and executing key Marketing initiatives and activities for the FreeStyle Libre portfolio across Australia and New Zealand by collaborating with Marketing Managers and the Head of Marketing.
Core Job Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing team with coordination and execution of day-to-day Marketing initiatives.
- Production and management of marketing assets across various channels in partnership with graphic design agency and marketing managers.
- Coordination of UGC development and execution including building and maintaining a content library and liaising with UGC participants.
- Coordination of online and in-person consumer events, webinars, and seminars.
- Maintenance of marketing asset library, including version control, ensuring compliance with changing regulatory requirements.
- Production of monthly social content calendar in partnership with social agency partner.
- Coordination of the delivery of campaign and production launches.
- Production of and co‐ordination of website content, updating existing website content in line with evolving brand requirements.
- Moderation of social media commentary across Facebook and Instagram.
- Copywriting – blogs, website, social media, EDMs.
- Implementation of SEO best practices in partnership with digital advertising agency partner.
- Liaise with CX and Logistics teams to ensure smooth end‐to‐end delivery of online orders.
- Identification of opportunities to improve website experience – conversion rate optimisation.
- Regular reporting of key Marketing metrics.
- Support the Marketing team with customer, vendor, and agency management administration tasks.
Minimum Education
Relevant tertiary qualification.
Minimum Experience / Skills Required
- 2+ years in a similar role, agency or client side.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Experience working with CRM, website CMS and automation tools highly favourable.
- Hands‐on experience with social media production and content management.
- Experience in digital and multi‐channel marketing desirable.
- Strong project management and administration skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work at a fast pace and produce high‐quality results.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- Strong numerical aptitude with experience in interpreting numbers.
- MS Office skills – intermediate level.
