Your opportunity:
* The Rapid Interdisciplinary Senior Engagement (RISE) Service is an initiative of the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service funded through the Queensland Health Improvement Unit. The service focuses on health and wellbeing of clients and offers time‑limited interdisciplinary intervention to individuals at high risk of representation and readmission post‑discharge from an acute care setting.
* The purpose of the position is to deliver routine physiotherapy clinical services to clients within the RISE service and other areas of Integrated Care as prioritised by the line manager. The position is also expected to positively contribute to service development activities within the team.
Temporary Part Time (60.8 hours p.f.) from date of appointment until 31st May 2026 with the possibility of extension.

You will receive competitive salary rates between $39.87 – $58.60 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%), and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP3). This is a Temporary Part Time role, 60.8 hours p.f., from date of appointment until 31st May 2026 with the possibility of extension.
