About You
As a Sales Representative, your focus will be on creating an engaging and memorable customer-centric environment while driving sales to achieve individual and store targets. You're:
* Sales-hungry in every sense, with a proven track record of exceeding retail sales KPIs and targets.
* Equipped with a retail background and a high-energy, results-driven approach.
* Exceptional in interpersonal skills, with a strong dedication to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
* At your best when working in a collaborative and high-performing environment.
* Quick to master new product ranges, POS systems, and sales tools.
* Familiar with 12v systems (highly regarded but not essential).
* Committed to maintaining a positive and collaborative work culture.
The Role

* Process sales through the POS system and take charge of key operational tasks to keep the store running at its best.
