At the helm of our organization, we are seeking an exceptional Operations and Sales Director to spearhead our store teams throughout the nominated area(s), driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiencies that align with our strategic objectives. As a seasoned leader, you will provide support to other businesses within our group as required.
Key responsibilities include strategic leadership, team management, and people development processes. You will be responsible for providing coaching and mentoring on day-to-day operations, enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the Retail and Clinical teams, fostering communication between NSO, stores, and Clinical teams, driving lead generation and revenue, and ensuring best-in-class people management processes are in place.
We are looking for a highly accomplished professional with minimum 5 years of experience in a Senior Store Management role or Multi-site equivalent, extensive retail and sales management expertise, practical and effective leadership skills, and a strong ability to motivate and direct large teams.
