Salary: $86,504 - $94,290 + superannuation

The Role
Reporting to the Senior Financial Accountant, the Asset Accountant is responsible for providing accounting and financial analysis and support to the Financial Services team particularly relating to asset management. This includes:
* Finance duties such as completing bank reconciliations, processing journals, and general ledger reconciliations
* Completing the accounting for assets such as additions, disposals, depreciations and maintaining the assets register
* Supporting the Management and Financial Accountants in preparation of financial statements, budget, and any other reports

So, what do you need?
* Relevant degree in Accounting, or equivalent
* Demonstrated understanding of Asset Accounting and relevant accounting standards
* Demonstrated experience with accounting packages
* Ability to obtain a satisfactory Criminal Record Check
