We're hiring experienced Scaffolders on full time basis. You can work within industrial, mining, resource, defence, infrastructure, construction, engineering and commercial building maintenance sectors across WA, being involved in a variety of projects utilising Tube & Fitting, AtPac, KwikStage, Swing Stages & custom components.
**Your daily duties include but not limited to**:
- Erecting, dismantling and altering tube & fitting scaffolds
- Working material out for the job to keep coming days work efficient
- Discussing scaffold with supervisor as to needs of job on a daily basis
- Communicating with supervisor regarding gear, vehicles and team required and time spent on certain activities
- Carrying out tasks within agreed time limits
- Carrying out Scaffold Inspection Checklist for each project
- Maintaining accurate records/documentation associated work
- Discussing with clients the job requirements
- Reviewing & carrying out Safety, Quality and Environmental procedures that form part of company as and when required. In addition providing feedback when they identify deficiencies, discrepancies or potential improvements
- Communicating with up line as to the job's accommodating features
- Responsible for allocated workload and meet all targets as agreed with reporting manager
- Hold relevant qualifications and have completed an appropriate apprenticeship.
**What we are looking for**:
- Minimum 2 years of scaffolding experience
- Scaffold Advanced Ticket
- Rigging ticket
- MR Drivers License
- Knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and regulations for this role
- Ability to work well unsupervised
- Capable of communicating clearly and effectively with the team.
- Willingness to learn new skills and further develop their scaffolding career.
**What we are looking for**:
Competitive hourly rate with expected annual earnings within the current range of $70,000 to $90,000 depending on overtime, location, skill and experience. You can expect regular pay reviews where you will be given key development focal points to ensure continuing growth in ability and income. Additional remuneration for remote works with overtime and living away allowances
