Bookkeeper

K3 & Co is a well-established structural steel business with a strong reputation for quality work and long-term client relationships. We're looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to take ownership of our day-to-day finance function and become a trusted part of our team.
This is a hands-on role with real autonomy — perfect for someone who enjoys running the numbers, keeping things organised, and making a genuine impact.
About the role
You'll manage the full finance function and keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes, including:
* Accounts payable & receivable
* Bank and account reconciliations
* Payroll, super, PAYG & WorkCover
* Invoicing, statements & month-end reporting
* Cash flow reporting and forecasting
* General administrative and financial support to management
About you
You're experienced, reliable and confident working independently. You take pride in accuracy and enjoy having full ownership of your work.
* Solid bookkeeping experience
* Strong Xero knowledge
* High attention to detail and organisation
* Confident with Excel & Microsoft Office
* Self-motivated with a practical, can-do attitude
