**About this Position**:
The Skilled Labourer will undertake duties associated with the activities relating to Council's Waste Management and Recycling operations at the Lismore Recycling and Recovery Centre.

- General Labouring and manual handling of Waste Facility goods and materials as required
- Operation and maintenance of small plant and equipment
- Undertake sustainable work practices that align with Council's commitment to the principles of sustainability
- Effectively cooperate with other team members to build efficient teams and a collaborative approach for quality production and service outcomes
- A high level of customer service to manage the expectations of internal and external customers
**What you will need to be successful**:
- Current Class C Drivers Licence
- Valid HRW Forklift Licence or willingness to obtain
- WorkCover Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

**Full Time**:Hours of work 76 hours a fortnight
**Salary**: From $1,044.00 (Grade 4 Entry) per week+ superannuation

**Immunisation Program**
Council has an immunisation program to provide employees with vaccinations against known health risks associated with their respective duties and to identify any exposure to products that may affect an employee's health, fitness and wellbeing. This position has been identified as a risk to the employee and as such the successful applicant/s will be required to participate in the immunisation program and it is the applicant's responsibility to have undertaken relevant immunisation/s prior to commencement with Council.
