**Digital Advertising Manager**

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
* Conduct detailed keyword research and audience segmentation to maximize campaign effectiveness.
* Set up, test, and optimize campaigns, including running A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and other campaign components.
* Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide recommendations to improve results.
* Manage and track advertising budgets to ensure resources are spent efficiently across platforms.
What You'll Bring:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
* At least 3 years of experience managing paid media campaigns.
* Strong analytical skills and expertise in campaign tracking and conversion optimization.
