This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of night-time front office operations, providing exceptional guest service and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:

* Provide prompt and efficient service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
* Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all account postings are correct and necessary paperwork is completed.
* Maintain an accurate cashiering balance at the completion of shifts.
Requirements:

* Previous experience working in a front office or hotel environment, preferably with knowledge of finance and accounting principles.
* Computer literacy, particularly strong knowledge of MS Excel and Opera Cloud.
* Ability to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
