The Role
We are seeking a technical expert to join a team of 7, responsible for managing and maintaining core infrastructure, including M365, Azure AD, InTune, Active Directory, Windows Server 2016–2022, and VMware.
This is a senior hybrid infrastructure role with expanding responsibilities in Azure cloud services. You will contribute to and execute infrastructure designs, support migration from on-premises to Azure (including PaaS and IaaS), configure and maintain SAN storage and backup solutions (NetApp, Commvault), and implement cybersecurity strategies.
You will also mentor junior engineers, own your domain while collaborating across the team, and ensure documentation is accurate and current.
The current environment operates at approximately 50:50 cloud-to-on-prem, with a clear plan to transition to 80% cloud within 12–24 months. Azure will be the primary cloud platform, with limited use of GCP and AWS. You will assist in setting up and optimizing Azure landing zones, migrating workloads, and modernizing infrastructure management through DevOps practices and automation.
The ideal candidate will be technically proficient across legacy and modern platforms, capable of contributing to solution design and receptive to feedback. The culture is collaborative, achievement-oriented, and built on mutual respect—success involves accountability, teamwork, and shared outcomes.
This role offers a pathway to technical leadership or people management within this multinational organization.
