Job Overview

BaptistCare is a leading healthcare provider seeking an experienced physiotherapist to deliver high-quality services in the Forster/Taree area. The successful candidate will work closely with clients under aged care funding programs, focusing on reablement and restorative care.


About This Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated individual who can assess physiotherapy needs and develop tailored programs for our aged care clients in the community. The ideal candidate will have a degree in physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration.

* Demonstrated ability to assess physiotherapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients in the community
* Post-graduate experience in a variety of aged care services, including rehabilitation and community settings
* Comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care models
* Confident working both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrated computer literacy
* Alignment with BaptistCare's values and mission
* Current first aid certificate or willingness to obtain
* Unrestricted driver's licence and access to a reliable, registered vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage car insurance
