**Brand Manager | Sheridan| Pyrmont**
**What does the role involve?**
- Be our brand custodian-owning our brand identity and ensuring our brand positioning is consistent and present across all consumer touchpoints.
- Think big, with both a commercial and brand lens to plan the seasonal marketing calendar and assist the Head of Marketing with the marketing strategy.
- Challenge your creativity, communication and leadership skills by managing one direct report.
- Be involved in the execution of key Sheridan community initiatives.
**What experience do I need to have?**
- Minimum 2 years of brand management experience.
- Expertise in managing the full brand development cycle from strategic development through to implementation and evaluation of outcomes.
- Creative marketing communications experience.
- Experience working with agencies and briefing in campaigns.
- Someone who is highly organised, a strong executor and adept at multitasking as this is a fast paced role.
- Proactive with a high attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- An engaging communicator who can work up and down the business in cross-functional teams, and with agencies.
- Commercially aware and a creative thinker.
