About the Role:
The key objective of this position is to cultivate business opportunities and facilitate product adoption within a designated territory. This involves strategic planning, effective communication with regional teams and next-level managers, and fostering collaborative relationships with various stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive plans to optimize product exposure and sales performance.
* Promote Hunter products across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with distribution goals.
* Provide targeted product training and updates to customers, empowering them to achieve their objectives.
* Organize and deliver customer-centric programs, trade shows, and promotional events within the assigned territory.
* Coordinate field support and services as needed, including phone, email, or on-site customer interactions.
A successful candidate will possess expertise in commercial channels, pricing, marketing, and distribution models. They should exhibit strong specification and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the features and benefits of Hunter products effectively. A valid driver's license and fluency in regional languages are also essential requirements.
