To be successful in this role, you should:
Have a solid understanding of real estate legislation, ethics, and industry standards.
Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Assist with all types of property inspections (entry, routine, and vacate).
Demonstrate strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills in property management.
Market available properties and coordinate inspections.
Report maintenance issues promptly and arrange repairs as required.
Prepare leasing, property, and building management reports.
Maintain positive relationships with Body Corporate committees, owners, residents, and contractors.
Prepare Building Manager reports and attend Body Corporate meetings when required.
Supervise cleaning staff and ensure caretaking duties are completed to standard.
