Customer Service Representative Job Description:
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic customer service representative to support our team members and management at our retail store.
Main Responsibilities:
* Liaise with the management team
* E nsure smooth day-to-day operations
* Monitor customer service standards
* Receive stock and prepare displays
* Pick stock for internal transfers
* Maintain the retail environment
* Perform other duties as required
Requirements:
1. RSA certificate
2. Full-time availability (38 hours per week) including weekends and evening work
3. Ability to lead from the front by setting high levels of customer service
