Job Description:
As a Regional Customer Service Officer, you will contribute to the company's growth and profitability by delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires administrative skills and effective provision of services to distributors and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support credit client administration (invoicing, banking, reporting).
* Liaise with Accounts departments for efficient communication.
* Coordinate scheduling, arrival, and despatch of customer products.
* Provide professional and efficient service to Regional/Area Managers and customers, offering information on all administration and Marketing Programmes.
* Work closely with the sales team to manage stock intake and customer forecasts.
* Record waste and contractor hours.
* Collaborate with sales and operations for product availability.
* Prioritize safety in all practices.
