About the Senior Occupational Therapist day to day duties: Provide high-quality paediatric assessments and interventions Support team development Work collaboratively with families, educators and other professionals Contribute to service development, innovation and best-practice initiatives Uphold the organisation's core values and child-centred philosophy Collaborative support with parents, teachers, schools, teacher aides, child-care centres, preschools and other allied health professionals, ensuring therapy transitions across all environments. Home and school visits to implement strategies within natural settings.
