We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in Shoalwater. The role offers an opportunity to provide high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy services to residents in a modern and well-equipped aged care facility.
As a Physiotherapist with us, you will benefit from a diverse caseload that allows you to apply a broad range of your core skills. Your duties will include assessing, monitoring, and making recommendations in relation to:
* Falls prevention, trending, analysis, management, and post-fall review
* Musculoskeletal assessment and management
* Evidence-based pain management (acute and chronic)
* Mobility and exercise prescription
* Functional retraining and rehabilitation
* Promotion of health and education around cardiovascular and respiratory rehabilitation
* Continence, bowel, and pelvic health
* Positioning and manual tasks and transfers
* Oedema management
* Advocacy for residents through supporting choice and mitigating risk processes
* Training and education
* Quality monitoring practices and continuous improvement

Essential Requirements:
