Job Description:
As a Senior Manager, you will oversee the strategic and operational oversight of property and business operations within Humanitarian Settlement Programs. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality services across all locations.
The Senior Manager plays a pivotal role in establishing robust national systems, infrastructure, and subcontractor arrangements that align with contractual requirements and legislative obligations. The role leads the development and implementation of policy, procedures, and operational standards across service delivery, tenancy, and property management.
A key component involves national contract management of HSP, ensuring services are delivered to agreed standards through consistent performance monitoring, relationship management, and quality assurance practices. The Senior Manager also drives continuous improvement initiatives, responds to policy and legislative changes, and integrates best practices into program delivery.
Key responsibilities include comprehensive technical knowledge of tenancy law, human services legislation, and advanced planning, budgeting, financial management, and reporting. Substantial knowledge and understanding of developing systems for compliance, consistency, and continuous improvement are also required.
