Habitat for Humanity Victoria (HFHV), currently has two key impact programs: our Affordable Home Building Program and Brush with Kindness (BWK). HFHV has two social enterprises: our ReStore Opportunity Shops and BWK which are tasked with the role of raising much-needed funds for our impact programs.

About the Role
The part-time role of 2IC and Warehouse Logistics Coordinator works with the Kilsyth ReStore Lead to effectively and efficiently coordinate the following key responsibilities:
* Team leadership – Lead the warehousing team of volunteers and work with the Store Lead to shape culture and role requirements of the wider team.
* Logistics – coordinate both commercial and domestic pickups, deliveries and the movement of stock to the retail space, online photography suite and display areas.
* Warehouse storage – maintain effective and efficient storage solutions in the warehouse and other workspaces (approximately 700 m2) including keeping equipment, appliances and vehicles in good working order.
* OH&S – ensure all staff and volunteers follow the HFHV OH&S policies and procedures throughout the retail space and warehouse, including the use of all electrical and warehouse equipment.
* Continuous improvement – review and improve processes and workspaces including logistics, storage, accessibility, OH&S, tag testing, repairs and other warehouse projects.
