We are actively seeking an experienced Solutions Consultant who's passionate about delivering world class solutions to address our customers warehousing challenges. This role will work closely with our project managers, developers and service desk team members, require you to be working from customer sites in warehouses at times. Suitable candidate is based in Melbourne or Sydney.

On your first day, you should have the following
What you'll do
* Partner with customers to understand their warehouse processes and design tailored WMS/TMS configurations.
* Document and deliver functional designs, run workshops, and support testing and go-live activities.
* Configure and validate system setups.
* Train warehouse teams and provide post-implementation support.
* Collaborate closely with Solutions Architects and Project Managers to ensure scalable, high-quality solution outcomes.
What we're looking for
* 2+ years' experience in SaaS WMS, ERP, or logistics system implementation.
* 3+ years experience with end to end warehouse operational processes
* Excellent communication and documentation skills — able to translate operational needs into effective system solutions.
* Experience in system configuration, UAT, and customer training.
* Exposure to integrations, APIs, or data migration activities.

Working concessions
* Whilst the usual work time is during normal business hours Monday through Friday, responsibilities sometimes require working evenings and weekends to meet timelines agreed with the customers at times with little advance notice.
* Occasional Interstate and international travel might be required on a short notice.
