An established travel business is looking for a National Sales Manager to play a key role in accelerating growth across new markets, partnerships, and consumer segments.
This is a hands-on, commercially driven role where you'll combine strategy with execution—opening doors, building relationships, and turning opportunities into revenue.

What You'll Be Doing:
Drive National Growth
Identify and activate new business opportunities across partnerships, networks, and consumer markets
Develop and execute strategies to expand revenue streams and market reach
Build High-Value Partnerships
Establish and nurture commercial and community partnerships
Negotiate and secure agreements that support long-term business growth
Own the Sales Pipeline
Proactively generate leads through outreach, presentations, and targeted engagement
Convert prospects into customers using tailored, relationship-led sales approaches
Deliver Consumer & Partner Engagement
Represent the brand at events, presentations, and both in-person and virtual sessions
Create memorable, high-impact customer and partner experiences
Influence Strategy Through Insights
Track and analyse sales performance
Provide recommendations to optimise campaigns, activity, and ROI
Manage direct sales budgets
Collaborate Across Teams
Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams to align sales activity with business priorities
About You:
You are a motivated sales professional who thrives in a growth environment. You will bring:
Proven experience in travel sales, business development, or partnership acquisition
Strong presentation, communication, and relationship management skills
Commercial mindset with the ability to interpret performance data
Confidence identifying and converting new business opportunities
Excellent organisation and stakeholder management capability
Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team culture
Experience in travel or consumer-facing industries is highly regarded
Willingness to travel nationally as required
