ROUSSOS Recruitment is partnering with a well respected South Australian Tier 3 civil contractor that continues to deliver outstanding road and infrastructure projects across Adelaide. With a strong pipeline of DIT work and projects valued up to $40M, this business has earned a reputation for producing high quality outcomes and maintaining genuine, long term client relationships.
As part of their ongoing growth, we are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to take ownership of upcoming DIT projects. This is a key opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands on in delivery, leading teams in the field, and driving safe, high quality outcomes. About the Role
Reporting to the PM and Superintendent, you will be responsible for day to day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Supervising civil crews, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure high quality outcomes
• Coordinating plant, labour and materials across multiple work fronts
• Conducting toolbox talks, pre starts and safety audits to maintain compliance
• Managing site documentation including daily diaries, timesheets and delivery dockets
• Liaising with clients, engineers and inspectors to ensure all works meet specifications
• Supporting project planning and providing input on methodology and sequencing
Projects are predominantly based across metro Adelaide and the outskirts, providing a mix of local and easily commutable works.
About You
You are a motivated Civil Supervisor with experience leading teams on DIT or council infrastructure projects. You have a strong understanding of road construction and earthworks, and you take pride in producing high quality work. You're confident in managing crews, approachable on site and known for your clear communication and proactive attitude.
