Operational Support Specialist Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering phones and responding to customer inquiries
* Booking appointments and managing schedules
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to customers, Audiologists, and other stakeholders.
In this role, you will be required to prioritize tasks effectively, maintain accurate records, manage stock levels efficiently, perform data entry duties with attention to detail. Your ability to communicate professionally will play a key part in your success. You should have strong organizational skills alongside the ability work well under pressure
