About the Role
: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Service Manager (RSM) to lead our team at Resthaven on Quarry. This role is both people-focused and strategically important — you'll be responsible for the overall management and success of the service, ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality care while also leading staff, managing resources, and driving operational performance.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Leading and inspiring a committed care and support team
* Driving a culture of respect, compassion, and continuous improvement
* Overseeing care governance, resident experience, and compliance with aged care standards
* Managing financial performance and ensuring operational efficiency
* Building strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and the wider community
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
* At least 2 years' management experience in residential aged care
* A proven ability to balance care, compliance, and commercial outcomes
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to support, develop, and inspire your team
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
* A genuine passion for person-centred aged care
Mandatory Requirements:
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Current AHPRA Registration
* Full working rights in Australia
