Job Description
* Strong diary and calendar management across multiple stakeholders
* Scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and managing correspondence
* Preparing documents, reports, and presentations
* Supporting structured weekly catch-ups and ongoing communication
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders with professionalism
* Providing logistical and administrative support for meetings and projects
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Executive Assistant Should Have
* Proven experience in an Executive Assistant or high-level administrative role
* Excellent time management, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills
* Confident working independently and taking initiative
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* Industry background is flexible - cultural fit and adaptability are key
