About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to support our tech teams. As a senior HR advisor, you will play a critical role in driving employee-related initiatives and providing comprehensive HR support across Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities
* Advising people leaders on employee relations issues, interpreting policies and ensuring compliance with local laws;
* Providing strategic HR guidance on various initiatives for individual lines of business, including organisational restructuring, workforce planning, and talent management;
* Serving as a main point of contact for employee relations matters, resolving conflicts, disciplinary actions, and grievances;
* Conducting thorough investigations into employee concerns, ensuring fair outcomes;
* Collaborating with the broader HR team to develop and implement People strategies aligned with our goals and promoting a positive work environment.
The Skills You Will Need
* A strong understanding of current Australian and New Zealand employment legislation;
* Demonstrable experience in HR, focusing on employee relations and business partnership;
* An excellent understanding of organisational development principles, learning and development, and talent processes;
* Proven experience working in a senior HR advisory capacity;
* Experience implementing and delivering key HR projects and programmes;
* Experience with HR and talent management software, reporting, and analytics;
