Key Responsibilities:
* Install windows according to manufacturer's specifications and company guidelines
* Ensure all installations meet quality and safety standards
* Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients
* Work efficiently and safely, both on and off site
* Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals and objectives
Requirements:
* Relevant trade qualification or equivalent experience
* Proven track record of delivering high-quality work
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
* Valid Australian driver's license and own vehicle (for site visits)
* First aid certification and OH&S knowledge
