Recruitment Manager – Global Project Recruitment
$150,000 – $160,000 per year + Annual Bonus!

We are seeking a strong and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our Project Recruitment function, supporting workforce growth across Australia and internationally.
This role oversees three key portfolios:
* The Australian Project Recruitment team
* Global Pathways – our international recruitment program
* International Visa Management
With the support of three Team Leads, you will drive recruitment campaigns, develop strategy, and ensure the business has the skilled workforce required to support ongoing growth.
This is a high-impact recruitment leadership role. Our project recruitment team operates with a "nothing off the table" approach. Running targeted campaigns, testing new attraction strategies and thinking creatively to secure the best talent.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead three teams, supported by Team Leads
* Drive recruitment campaigns to attract skilled personnel into the Mader workforce
* Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business growth
* Manage recruitment budgets and campaign costs
* Monitor team performance and drive results
* Work closely with hiring managers and operational leaders across the business
* Plan and schedule recruitment campaigns to meet workforce demand
About You
* 5+ years' recruitment experience
* Proven leadership experience managing recruitment teams
* Strong experience delivering high-volume or campaign-based recruitment
* Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
* International recruitment experience highly regarded
Location
The role is currently based at our Perth Airport office, with the team relocating in June to a brand new office in Applecross, offering a prime location and modern workspace.
