**About The Role**:
This role, which forms part of the Portfolio Management Group, will act as Assistant Portfolio Manager with key responsibility for assisting in managing two of QIC Infrastructure's largest separately managed account (SMA) clients. The key focus of the role is on:

- working in collaboration with the origination teams and Portfolio Manager to identify and execute on attractive investment opportunities globally on behalf of the SMA clients and other co-investors;
- assisting in managing and driving value across the clients' portfolios and ensuring their investments deliver on their objectives, both from an asset management and portfolio perspective; and
- working in close collaboration with the investor relations team to expand the client relationships, further cementing QIC Infrastructure's role as trusted partner

**About You**:
You are a confident communicator with extensive experience in managing or advising on unlisted infrastructure investments, funds management or as a principal investor/adviser on unlisted infrastructure especially in portfolio management.

With a high level of commercial acumen, strong decision-making ability and negotiation skills, you will ideally present with:

- Strong understanding of the infrastructure asset class and the key value drivers and risks of the infrastructure sub-sectors of transport, energy and utilities and social / healthcare
- Experience in and strong knowledge of infrastructure investment, asset management and transaction processes
- Thorough knowledge of funds management industry / superannuation funds investment environments, practices and processes
- Ability to build a strong and trusted relationships, with strong relationship building skills and diplomacy
- Strong numerical skills, particularly in statistical data analytics and scenario modelling
- Strong ability to interpret and negotiate legal documentation
- Understanding of tax legislation, tax consequences of business structures and investment structuring
- Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business, Finance and/or Law
- Advanced MS Office skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
